This program is designed to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment without discrimination for tenants in eastern and southeastern Monroe County.
Program participants are screened for eligibility through an application process and income documentation. If eligible, participants are placed on a wait list and will be contacted when appropriate housing becomes available.
