All village boards meet in the Board Room, on the second floor, of the Village Hall, 31 South Main Street.

• The Fairport Municipal Commission - second Monday of each month at 7:30 am.
  
• The Village Board of Trustees -second Monday of each month at 7:30 pm.  At 7:00 P.M., prior to the Village Board Meeting, is a Public Forum where everyone is free to bring any subject, not on the agenda, to the attention of the Board.  All agenda items should be submitted to the Village Clerk by noon ten (10) days prior to the meeting.  The October meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.
  
• The Historic Preservation Commission has scheduled: May 22, Regular Meeting 4:00 pm, May 29, Public Hearing 7:30pm, June 5, Public Hearing 7:30pm and June 19, Regular Meeting 4:00 pm.
  
• The Office of Community and Economic Development Board - third Monday of each month at 4:30 pm.

• The Tree Board has established the following schedule: February 20, April 9 - cancelled, May 14,  August 20 and November 19, 2008 at 5:00 pm.
