Proposed Tow Path Park

The following  concept sketch by DeWolff Partnership (architect) and Anco Builders (developer/construction) for the Parker Street Project at the former Department of Public Works Site.  The site is 1.62 acres and the concept features owner-occupied condominiums and rental units in addition to an upscale wine and gourmet pizza bar.  The wine bar will feature wines from Casa Larga Vineyards and have a second story outdoor seating area.  The concept includes a pocket park, gazebo and docks for public use.  Any questions should be directed to Kal Wysokowski, Executive Director, Office of Community and Economic Development, 585.223.0313.
